About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, families, and educators throughout the centre. In this role, you'll:

• Support children's learning and development across different rooms
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
• Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to provide high-quality care and education

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working across different age groups and learning environments
