As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart St Leonards – Christie Street 66-place centre is Rated as Meeting National Quality Standards.
Great Location: The centre is in a great location only a short walk from train station, bus stop and local shops.
Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You’ll need:
- Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
