As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Our Centre: Our 40-place centre features three classrooms across Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten, along with a beautiful outdoor yard. Our comfortable staff room includes a coffee machine, microwave and toastie press. We also provide one-hour lunch breaks, giving you time to properly relax and recharge during your day.
Experienced Leadership: Be supported by a passionate leadership team with extensive early childhood experience. Our Centre Director has 22 years’ experience in childcare, including more than 4 years in management. Our Assistant Director and Educational Leader are both qualified Early Childhood Teachers and have each been with Goodstart for more than 10 years.

You’ll need:
- Certificate III in Early Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current VICTORIA Working with Children Check.
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
