Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our People and Culture team in Adelaide. Reporting to the ER People Lead, you will provide expert employee relations guidance, manage complex cases and coach leaders to navigate people matters with confidence.
You will partner with HRBPs to drive culture and engagement, interpret employment laws, and support leaders with performance conversations while upholding our values and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.
