What You'll Do
- Identify and commercialise opportunities across our fresh bread and grocery distribution networks
- Develop third-party freight, last-mile delivery and shared-user logistics solutions
- Grow profitable regional backhaul freight and reduce empty kilometres
- Build a pipeline of new business opportunities and convert leads into contracted revenue
- Develop logistics solutions to support growth across foodservice customers and channels
- Prepare business cases, pricing models, customer proposals and commercial agreements
- Partner with logistics, operations, manufacturing, planning and commercial teams to deliver executable solutions
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in logistics, transport, freight, distribution or supply chain business development
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify profitable growth opportunities
- Deep understanding of fleet utilisation, route planning, freight lanes and network economics
- Experience developing customer relationships, negotiating contracts and delivering revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cost-to-serve, utilisation and profitability
- An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building new business opportunities
- FMCG, food, grocery or temperature-controlled supply chain experience highly regarded
