Gage Roads Freo is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the busy kitchen at Fremantle. You will work closely with the head chef to maintain an elevated casual dining menu featuring pizza, tacos, and a strong share-plate concept, while leading a section during service.
You should have proven Chef de Partie experience in high-volume venues, excellent organization, and the ability to perform under pressure. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
