Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the integrated field and channel marketing strategy for APJ, aligned with regional sales priorities and Dropbox's global marketing strategy.
- Partner with the Regional VP of Sales to build regional and country-level plans that create qualified pipeline.
- Lead regional programs across field events, executive experiences, account-based initiatives and integrated campaigns.
- Balance direct-to-customer and partner-led investments by market.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Japan Marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Senior field and/or channel marketing leadership experience across APJ.
- Track record of partnering with Sales leadership to build qualified pipeline.
- Experience balancing direct-to-customer and partner-led marketing investments.
- People leadership experience coaching and developing marketing teams.
