We are currently in search of a Level 2 Casual Food & Beverage Attendant who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and courteous service to Members and guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including tap beer
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all service areas to uphold our standards
- Manage cash transactions and utilize the Club’s account system
- Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, fridges, and bar counters
- Fulfill other duties as instructed by your Supervisor
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum of 1+ years of hospitality experience is required
- Proficiency in barista and bartending skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) and hygiene protocols
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
