- Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for all clients
- Managing reception, appointments and daily clinic flow
- Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
- Managing bookings, confirmations and client follow-ups
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Maintaining a beautifully presented, organised and professional clinic environment
- Managing stock and general clinic supplies
- Assisting the team with administration and operational tasks
- Helping ensure the highest level of client care and service at every touchpoint
