An opportunity has become available for a Test Lead to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14,000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will:
- Provide specialist advice and quality assurance recommendations to internal stakeholders on the delivery of test products.
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve testing frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance processes.
- Lead and manage software testing solutions and related technical specialist support services for Test Environments and Test Data.
- Drive well-engineered solutions with minimal technical direction and supervision.
- Manage the project test team and collaborate with the Project Delivery Teams and Release Management to prepare and maintain Test Environments and Test Data.
About you:
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory, a relevant testing qualification such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification is highly desirable.
- While not mandatory, a relevant Information Technology qualification or demonstrated equivalent ICT work experience in Software Testing is highly desirable.
- Experience with automated functional testing tools is desirable (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, Test Complete).
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost).
