THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, drive EMQ technology strategy, systems, digital platforms and business improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement EMQ's technology strategy and roadmap.
- Lead business improvement, systems enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead critical business platforms including CRM systems, websites, registration technology and digital integrations.
- Oversee technology vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels are achieved.
- Drive cyber security, governance and business continuity initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead technology projects from business case development through to implementation.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support organisational growth.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, business systems or IT project management.
- Proven experience delivering technology projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, cyber security, integrations and business applications.
- Experience managing external technology providers and vendor relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Microsoft Certifications or Cyber Security qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
