Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is seeking an IT Service Operations Analyst to join our IT team and deliver high-quality support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365 and event technology.
You'll support staff, prep IT services for conferences and events, and provide on-site and remote assistance during live events.
You will work closely with IT leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, troubleshooting, and readiness checks for events while developing broader IT.
