We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bus/Depot Cleaner to join our team at our Burleigh Heads depot. This is an important role in keeping our depot and coaches clean, presentable and ready for our drivers and passengers each day.
About the role:
- Oversee the daily cleaning operations of our fleet, ensuring all buses are cleaned, sanitised, and presentation ready for service.
- Work as part of a team to uphold safety and quality standards.
- This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys leading by example and working in a fast-paced transport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily cleaning operations
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high presentation standards
- Manage cleaning schedules aligned with operational requirements
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety policies
- Report maintenance or damage issues to the operations team
About You:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role (transport or fleet highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours (Monday to Friday)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding workplace health and safety requirements
- A valid Driver's Licence (heavy vehicle licence is highly regarded)
