Customer Service:
- Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge.
- Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
Operation Standards:
- Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage.
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations.
- Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation.
Job Requirements:
- Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen.
- Highly committed, energetic, and a team player.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Prior fashion retail experience is a plus.
