Administration Assistant (Casual Part-Time)
This is a permanent part-time administrative position with GNG Mechanical Maintenance, a small family mobile diesel mechanic business based in South East Brisbane. We are expanding our business operations, and we understand that administration is at the heart of any good business.
The role requires the applicant to work two days per week, starting at 6 hours per day with the opportunity to build your hours should the workload require it. The position will continue to evolve at the business expands its operations, so we are looking for someone who is willing to support us and be committed to evolving alongside.
The days of the week can be discussed upon offer of employment.
Key responsibilities
Email management including responding to client enquiries
Day to day administration tasks
Working alongside the accounts manager/bookkeeper
Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including walking through apps and problem-solving tech
Social media assistance
Other administrative duties as required
Desirably, we would like someone who has worked in the industry previously

Able to work hybrid (office and work from home)
