Position: Restoration Technician (Junior and Senior)
Location: Brisbane
Responsibilities: As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role within the Brisbane team, reporting directly to the State Manager. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaising closely with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Responding promptly to water and mould damage emergencies in both commercial and residential settings.
- Utilising specialised restoration equipment to mitigate damages effectively.
- Adhering to strict WHS standards relevant to our industry.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking individuals who ideally possess:
- Experience in restoration or commercial cleaning.
- Certification in IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines (essential).
- Proficiency in computer software applications for efficient reporting and documentation.
- A valid Australian manual driver's license.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to emergencies.
- Strong teamwork ethic with a "can-do" attitude.
