Glory EV Group is an independent BYD dealer in Australia. As our business and dealership network continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, organised, detail-oriented and proactive Service Advisor to join our Bayswater Service team.
You will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop, helping deliver a smooth and professional service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with vehicle servicing and repair enquiries
- Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop team
- Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate records in Titan DMS
- Explain service recommendations, provide estimates and obtain customer approval
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress and expected completion time
- Recommend appropriate additional services based on customer and vehicle needs
- Prepare service paperwork and assist with invoicing
- Build positive customer relationships and provide friendly, professional service
About you
- Previous automotive industry experience is preferred
- Experience using Titan DMS is highly regarded
- A valid driver’s licence is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a busy team environment
- A stable, friendly and supportive working environment
