The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded
Senior Ecommerce Coordinator to join our growing ecommerce team and help drive the day-to-day trading, digital campaigns, CRM and customer experience across our brand websites.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of our digital operation, working across
Brand, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Performance and Operations to turn great products and campaigns into online growth.
- What you’ll do
- Own the ecommerce trading and promotional calendar across key campaigns, launches and seasonal events for specific Brands within your portfolio.
- Manage email, CRM and automated customer journeys to drive engagement, conversion and repeat purchase.
- Trade websites across content, merchandising, promotions and product launches.
- Analyse sales, conversion, AOV, margin and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with Performance Marketing to align paid campaigns with onsite activity and customer journeys.
- Drive conversion optimisation, testing and website improvements .
- Coordinate agencies, developers and external partners.
- Lead and develop one direct report .
- What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced ecommerce professional who combines commercial thinking with strong execution . You’re comfortable getting into the detail, managing multiple priorities and using data to make decisions.
You’ll ideally have
- Solid ecommerce and digital marketing experience.
- Strong
Shopify experience.
- Hands-on email/CRM and customer segmentation experience.
- A strong understanding of ecommerce analytics, CRO and customer journeys.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder skills.
- Experience managing agencies/suppliers and a team member.
- Flexible working hours
