As part of the Global Retail Brands family, Five Star Factory Direct offers customers exceptional value on quality cookware, kitchenware, homewares, and everyday essentials from leading brands. As a Christmas Casual, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
- Process sales through our point-of-sale system
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
- Support merchandising and promotional displays
- Assist with stock receipt and replenishment
- Work collaboratively with the team during peak trading periods
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to work in a busy retail environment
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- Availability across weekends, public holidays, and late‑night trading
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
