Lead the floor. Drive sales. Grow your career. We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Bathurst House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
- Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
- Coaching, motivating, and developing the team
- Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations
- Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About You:
- You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
- You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You enjoy developing and motivating a team
- You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
