We’re partnering with a leading Australian architecture practice to find Senior Architects and Associates for its Australian Studios— people who care deeply about design and have the skill and persistence to carry it through.
Design ambition. Delivery intelligence. Both matter.
We’re looking for architects who can contribute ideas, take ownership of substantial project packages and work confidently with clients, consultants and colleagues. People who remain close to the architecture as a project moves from concept into documentation and construction.
You’ll bring:
- A recognised professional qualification in architecture and current registration in New Zealand or another recognised jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated airport or health project experience, with a clear account of your personal contribution.
- A thoughtful, design-led portfolio showing strong spatial judgement and well-resolved detail.
- The ability to lead projects or significant workstreams, coordinate consultants and guide others.
- Strong Revit capability and practical experience producing coordinated documentation.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
- For Associate appointments, we’re also looking for evidence of team leadership, trusted client relationships and accountability for project outcomes.
