Glassons is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join Glassons and help shape the way our customers discover, style and shop our collections. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in Visual Merchandising. You'll work alongside experienced Store Leaders, receiving hands-on mentoring and development while learning the creative, commercial and operational aspects of visual merchandising.
About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll support the delivery of trend-led visual merchandising that inspires our customers while driving commercial results. Working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Stockroom Manager, you'll bring campaign direction, newness and outfitting inspiration to life across the store.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating visually engaging retail experiences, has a strong instinct for styling and trends, and is eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced and creative environment. No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to learn, experiment, collaborate and continuously grow while helping deliver an exceptional Glassons experience.
