An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in this newly created position. This role will play a key part in overseeing and maintaining product quality across our business, ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards and remain competitive within the market. It’s a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our product offering and ongoing business success.
This is a full-time, five-day-a-week position based at our head office in Rydalmere.
What you'll do:
- Manage & clearly communicate product requirements to relevant departments
- Manage and monitor NCR Register
- Review & approve/authorise incoming ingredient inspections
- Daily Line (CCP) inspections
- Document, review & improve new & current SOPs for continuous improvement.
- Daily monitoring of quality issues
- Weekly review, monitoring and recording data of “Customer Feedback”.
- Assist with the development of a QA System, and GMP requirements.
- Review compiled CCP Inspection Sheets, and communicate any findings.
- Report and communicate trends.
Who you are:
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage your time in a fast-paced environment Experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing quality issues, non-conformances, investigations and corrective actions independently.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to raise quality concerns with production teams.
