The role of Junior Transaction Manager involves the ongoing management of a portfolio of 35-45 transactions. Responsibilities include:
- Timely collection and analysis of financial statements.
- Interpretation of deal terms.
- Ongoing servicing of existing clients.
- Collaboration with other TMG members to enhance understanding of syndicated loans.
- Utilising Asia Pacific Loan Market Associations resources.

- Management of a portfolio of syndicated loans where GLAS acts as Facility Agent and/or Security Trustee.
- Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation.
- Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements.
- Facilitating deal amendments and handling lender votes within required timeframes.
- Shadowing senior team members on complex transactions.
- Establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and market participants.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating efficient completion of GLAS's KYC processes for new obligors.
- Attendance at client meetings and industry conferences.
- Adhering to GLAS Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring timely updates of OneView and Debtdomain.
- Actively participating in team and company projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
