Key Responsibilities
- Support the Precinct Manager in the day-to-day management of the Darling Park security operations.
- Lead, mentor and supervise the onsite security team, ensuring high standards of performance, presentation and professionalism.
- Assist with roster management, staffing, leave planning and shift coverage.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with client and Glad Group requirements.
- Manage incidents, investigations and reporting, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all staff maintain compliance with mandatory training, licensing and site-specific requirements.
- Assist with performance management, coaching and development of team members.
- Support emergency management activities and provide leadership during incidents.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with implementing operational initiatives across the precinct.
- Roster: Saturday to Wednesday
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a security leadership role, preferably as a Site Manager, Supervisor or Control Room Supervisor.
- Current NSW Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent report writing and administrative capabilities.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the broader management team.
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and security industry best practices.
