Girton Grammar School is seeking an experienced, professional and relationship-focused Admissions Manager to lead the School’s admissions and enrolment function.
This key position is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for prospective families, managing the complete admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment and commencement, and supporting the School’s strategic enrolment objectives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will:
- Lead all aspects of admissions and enrolments across the Junior and Senior Schools.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families and provide a welcoming, responsive and professional experience.
- Manage enquiries, applications, interviews, offers, waitlists, enrolment conversion and student commencement.
- Coordinate school tours, Open Days, information sessions and enrolment activities.
- Monitor enrolment trends and prepare forecasts, analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate data across systems including Funnel and Synergetic.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, Finance and School Leadership to support enrolment growth and retention.
- Lead and support the Admissions Assistant and oversee the effective operation of the Admissions Office.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in admissions, enrolments or a comparable customer-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience managing databases and producing accurate reports and insights.
- A proactive, professional and customer‑focused approach.
- The ability to lead, collaborate and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant post‑secondary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience.
Experience within a school environment and knowledge of Synergetic and Funnel will be highly regarded but are not essential.
