Gippsland Health Alliance is seeking a District Nurse, Level 1, on a 0.84 EFT part-time, fixed term basis to provide comprehensive nursing care in the South Gippsland community.
The role requires demonstrated clinical experience in acute, chronic disease and/or palliative care nursing, plus strong documentation, communication and professional development. The successful candidate will work with a team to maximise client health and independence.
