As a key member of our restaurant team, you will deliver refined dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, high tea, and our extensive cocktail and wine offerings. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your coffee and artisanal tea expertise, ensuring every guest enjoys an elevated and memorable visit.
About the Role
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in high-end restaurant, bar, or café service. Experience in supervisory or management roles is highly desirable but not essential.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine wine and cocktail pairing. RSA required. Barista experience an advantage.
- Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility: Full-time availability is ideal. Friday and Saturday daytime service availability is required.
- Teamwork: A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic spa and dining environment.
