Associate/Senior Associate - General Liability
We're seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing General Liability team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised insurance law specialists, managing a diverse practice while working closely with experienced leaders who are invested in your professional development.
You’ll enjoy direct client exposure, autonomy over your matters, and the chance to build your profile within a high-performing and collaborative team.
The Opportunity
Working with leading insurers, corporations and self-insured clients, you’ll advise on a broad range of matters including:
- Public and product liability claims
- Personal injury litigation
- Coverage and indemnity disputes
- Property damage claims
You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, develop strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
About You
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- Experience in defendant insurance, personal injury or general liability litigation
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
