About the role
As a Retail Store Team Member at our Gold Coast Store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:
- Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
- Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
- Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
- Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

- Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
