Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across GHD’s Project Delivery domain.
This hands‑on role will connect business capabilities, applications, data and integrations, ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy and the target architecture roadmap.
In this role you will
- Own and maintain the current-state and target-state planning and roadmap for Project Delivery.
- Lead solution architecture for complex and cross‑cutting initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Define reusable design patterns, API‑led integrations, platform guardrails and non‑functional requirements.
- Review solution designs, resolve conflicts and manage risks and technical debt.
- Advise business and technology leaders on options, costs, risks and trade‑offs.
- Coach solution architects and technical leads and strengthen capability across teams.
To be successful you will have
- 8-10 years of relevant architecture experience, including senior, domain or portfolio‑level experience.
- Strong solution capability across applications, data, integration, security, infrastructure and operations.
- Recent hands‑on experience with APIs, data models, integration flows, security controls and solution delivery.
- Experience leading complex solutions from discovery through implementation and transition to operations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, influencing and communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Share Point Online, enterprise integration, data platforms or AI‑enabled capabilities is highly regarded.
