gforce is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to join our client’s team in Mitchell Park. Our client is a specialist manufacturer, where you will be working as part of a supportive team and play an important role in keeping daily production running smoothly, assisting with product preparation, processing, packing and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day production and processing activities
- Measuring, weighing and preparing materials for production
- Operating within established production processes and procedures
- Manual handling of materials, including bags weighing up to 25kg
- Picking, labelling and packing finished products
- Following quality control, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
About You
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, practical and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, baking, cooking, hospitality, warehousing or a similar environment will be highly regarded. To be successful, you’ll also have:
- Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
- The ability to safely lift and handle weights up to 25kg
- Good reading, writing and numeracy skills
- A strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
This is a casual position offering up to 38 hours per week, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
