Every day, we work through insight and innovation to help bakers thrive—and together, we sustainably feed the nation.

Great finance is about more than reporting the numbers. It's about understanding what drives them and helping the business act. We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Performance & Reporting Business Partner to help lead performance reporting and controllership across our Australian Bakery Ingredients business. Over a 12-month max-term contract based at Mauri's head office in Enfield, you'll help bring together performance reporting and insights across the business, while building the tools and processes that will take our reporting and forecasting capability to the next level.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a high-impact role with visibility across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, SG&A and capital. You'll consolidate financial information, identify trends and turn data into clear insights that help leaders understand performance, opportunities and risks.

In this role you will:

  • Own key consolidated financial and performance reporting.
  • Translate results into insights and actions.
  • Partner with functional areas across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement teams.
  • Strengthen financial controls and governance reporting.
  • Support consolidated forecasting, strategy development, and investment decisions.
  • Simplify and improve our finance tools and processes through a continuous improvement mindset.

You'll bring strong finance fundamentals, commercial curiosity and the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decisions. The suitable candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification.
  • Experience across performance reporting, management accounting, forecasting and financial control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced analytical systems skills and ideally SAP working knowledge.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain is highly regarded but not essential.

Join a business with deep connections across Australian baking, food manufacturing and agriculture, and help us create sustainable value for our customers and communities.
