Tip Top Bakery in Dry Creek is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Roster: Sunday to Thursday
Day Shift
- Sunday: 4:30am - 3:00pm
- Monday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
- Wednesday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
- Thursday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
Late Afternoon/Night Shift
- Sunday: 2:50pm - 11:50pm
- Monday: 3:50pm - 12:50am
- Tuesday: 8:40pm - 4:10am
- Wednesday: 7:40pm - 3:10am
- Thursday: 8:40pm - 4:10am
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating your team to meet the goals
- Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
- Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment
- Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
- Collaborating across departments to drive performance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
- A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
