Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Full Time Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in Townsville.
If you're passionate about food, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to be part of a company that feeds millions every day - this is your chance!
Roster - Saturday (3pm - 2am), Sunday (5pm - 2am), Monday (5pm - 3am) & Tuesday (5pm - 3am).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Record production data and report any issues
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Great communication & team player
- Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
