Our purpose-built, Club Tarneit is seeking an exceptional Chef for their kitchen team. Key Duties
- Preparing and cooking food, and ordering food supplies
- Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Assisting with the training of staff

You
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
