Experience Required: Certificate III in Hospitality and 3 years of relevant experience.

Duties include:
- Ensure guests are met and greeted
- Ensure guests’ specific needs and expectations are met during their time on the property
- Ensuring accurate orders for both food and beverage are taken & communicated to the kitchen & bar
- Ensure that an appropriate level of technical skills (plate handling, wine presentation and opening, table clearing, coffee making, etc) are demonstrated to the guests including the service of all food & beverage
- Ensure that guests are farewelled to a standard that will deliver a positive last impression
- Ensure that any return guests are noted and referred to the Restaurant Duty Manager
