About the Role: As a Casual Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best. You'll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, assisting with eyewear selections, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping create a warm and welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who brings:
- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service experience
- The ability to quickly learn new skills and develop product knowledge
