About the Role:
As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best. You'll guide patients through their eyewear journey, provide expert advice on frames and lenses, and help create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Strong retail experience (optical experience highly regarded)
- The ability to quickly develop product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
- A positive team-focused attitude with energy and enthusiasm
- Patience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
