To succeed in this role, you will bring

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a genuine Executive Assistant capacity.
  • Experience within construction, contracting, infrastructure, mining services or a similar operational environment, highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
  • Sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to make decisions independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of a business.
  • A proactive approach to following up actions, resolving issues and delivering outcomes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience coordinating business communications or social media content would be advantageous.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, builds trust quickly and genuinely enjoys doing things easier for the people they support.

What We Offer?
