MatchWorks is looking for a Post Placement Support Consultant who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.
As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our Workforce Australia team you'll:
- Be on the ground, providing hands‐on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
- Ensure a smooth transition from job‐seeking to employment.
What you'll bring:
- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
