- Senior Service Now Manager
- Senior, client-facing position combining
Service Now architecture, consulting, delivery leadership and pre-sales .
You'll work across major transformation programs, advise senior stakeholders on their Service Now strategy and help shape solutions from initial opportunity through to implementation and ongoing platform maturity.
This role will be based in Auckland or Wellington full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of end-to-end Service Now solutions across
ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC and emerging AI capabilities .
- Own solution architecture across large, complex and multi-workstream Service Now transformation programs.
- Define solution standards, integration patterns, data models, governance frameworks and delivery approaches .
- Assess existing Service Now environments and identify opportunities around platform optimisation, technical debt, governance and adoption .
- Provide architecture oversight across integrations between Service Now and wider enterprise applications and platforms.
- Lead solutioning and technical responses for
RFPs, RFIs, proposals and new client opportunities .
- Present proposed Service Now solutions, roadmaps and transformation strategies to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience working within the
Service Now ecosystem , ideally across large enterprise implementations.
- Extensive industry experience with strong technical leadership
- Strong background in
Service Now solution or technical architecture .
- Hands-on understanding of Service Now development technologies, including
Java Script and Angular JS .
- Strong knowledge of
ITIL processes .
- Experience across several Service Now modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM and IRM/GRC .
- Demonstrated pre-sales, solutioning, financial budgeting and proposal development experience.
- Service Now certifications such as
CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA are highly regarded.
