This is an office-based, part-time position offering 20–25 hours per week, with days and working hours to be discussed with the successful applicant. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting office staff, coordinating bookings and communicating with clients and tradespeople.
Key responsibilities
Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
Booking jobs and coordinating access with tenants, property managers and clients
Assisting with scheduling tradespeople and keeping clients updated
Creating and updating jobs in ServiceM8, including work orders, notes and client details
Assisting with quotes, invoices and follow-ups
Maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support
About you
Previous administration or customer service experience
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
A reliable, practical approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software will be highly regarded
Experience in a trade business, property management or a service-based office would also be an advantage
