GemSource Recruitment is working with an established scaffolding company that's growing across South East Queensland, and we're looking for experienced scaffolders and leading hands to join their crews.
We're not looking for people who just want a quick job and move on. We want reliable people who know their trade, take pride in their work and are looking for long-term stability and security.
Location and Pay
Sunshine Coast | Brisbane North & South | Gold Coast
$40–$65+ per hour | Ongoing Work
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Scaffold Installers
We're after people with hands-on experience in one or more of:
- Void protection installation
- Guard rail and edge protection
- Hang-on platforms
- Aluminium scaffold systems
- Steel scaffold system
You’ll need to be confident working at heights, quick and safe with your erect and dismantle work, and solid as part of a crew.
Qualified Leads
- Running a crew day to day and keeping jobs moving
- Reading scaffold plans and setting out jobs
- Making sure every scaffold is built safely and to standard before handover
- Liaising with builders and site supervisors
- Training and developing newer crew members
- Staying hands-on when the job needs it
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Construction White Card
- Scaffolding licence (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) for installer and lead roles
- Working at Heights ticket, or happy to get one
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Turns up on time, every time
- Takes safety seriously
- Gets on with a crew
An HR truck licence is a big bonus!
