We’re now seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team at Heritage Park, working closely with our Site Manager to deliver clubhouse and resort facilities including wellness centres, cinemas, bars, pools, and outdoor amenities.
This role offers the opportunity to build more than just structures - you’ll help create thriving, connected resort communities.
The Foreman sits within a structured site team, reporting to an experienced Gem Life Site Manager, with long-term continuity across multiple resort stages.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and planning.
- Oversee operators/labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
- Lead and mentor trade teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
What We're Looking For
- A hands‑on, solutions focused Commercial Foreman with strong experience delivering high-quality commercial builds
- A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Proven ability to lead trade teams, manage site programs, and uphold premium quality standards
- Experience on resort, hospitality, or public-use facilities highly regarded
- A strong working knowledge of QLD building codes, WHS legislation, and site compliance requirements
