We're looking for passionate, energetic and experienced Bartenders to join our teams at Gemelli Italian Broadbeach and Papa Rolly's in Carrara, Gold Coast.

About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent beverage service while bringing energy and personality to the bar.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Maintaining consistency and quality across all drinks
- Following RSA requirements and venue procedures
- Working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Current Queensland RSA Certificate
- Confidence preparing cocktails and handling busy service periods
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a team-first mindset
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences
- Valid Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Important – Papa Rolly's Applicants
If you're applying for Papa Rolly's in Carrara, you must have reliable access to your own car or motorbike for transport to and from work.
Due to the venue's location and shift times, public transport alone is not a reliable option.
Please consider this requirement before applying.
For Gemelli Italian Broadbeach, having your own transport is an advantage but not essential.
