Gema Group runs the quick service retail outlets at Royal North Shore Hospital, and we’re on the hunt for baristas to join our team, serving great coffee to the staff, patients and visitors who keep this busy hospital going.

What we’re looking for:
- An energetic people person with a genuine passion for coffee
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Barista experience and solid know-how across all things coffee
- Availability for early starts (6am) and weekends
- Confident working well in a tight-knit team
About you:
- Friendly, reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude!
- Previous experience working as a barista
- The ability to make consistently high-quality coffee, shift after shift
- A genuine morning person who’s ready to hit the ground running
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to turning up for every rostered shift
- Willingness to meet hospital site requirements, which may include vaccination compliance and background checks
- Flexibility across a 7 day a week operational roster.
