The full-time position of Team Leader Maintenance Electrician is based at our manufacturing facility operating 24 hours 7 days a week at Josephville, located south of Brisbane.
About the Role
- Manage rosters and daily maintenance activities
- Ensure internal calibration records are up-to-date and advise the Maintenance Manager of any outstanding external calibrations
- Undertake breakdown repair activities on electrical instruments and/or equipment
- Undertake equipment installation activities on electrical instruments and/or equipment
- Undertake preventative maintenance activities on electrical instruments and/or equipment
- Perform work to the relevant standards and codes in a safe manner where applicable
- Make recommendations regarding plant, equipment, and procedures, which could improve safety, quality, and financial outcomes

About You
The successful applicant will be able to cope with a varied workload, be a good team player with a proactive attitude, be responsible and reliable, and be able to prioritize and take ownership of all tasks given. The candidate must be professional and courteous as well as adopt a flexible approach to their work. The successful applicant will also be trade certified Electrician with experience in maintenance and automated plants. Previous work experience in a manufacturing or food production environment would be advantageous.
