Are you a driven and motivated supervisor looking to lead a team of high performing technicians whilst building relationships with key clients, and bringing new clients to the business?
Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.
- Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors.
- Manage and oversee the budgets and P&L.
- Operate across both testing and repair fire service staff.
- Prepare monthly departmental strategy and financial reports reflecting short, medium and long term goals.
- Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.
Desired Skills and Experience
What do we need?
- Proven experience in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service department.
- Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees.
- Construction and minor works service experience, including estimating and project delivery.
- High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage.
- Expertise in using an Enterprise system.
