Key Responsibilities
- Analyse vehicle inventory, dealer demand, sales trends, and forecasts
- Recommend stock allocations across dealerships, regions, and distribution centres
- Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, backorders, and supply constraints
- Prepare regular distribution, inventory, and delivery-performance reports
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply-chain, production, and dealer teams
- Investigate delivery delays, allocation issues, and inventory discrepancies
- Support new-model launches and seasonal distribution planning
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess stock, lead times, and logistics costs
- Maintain accurate data in planning and reporting systems
Skills and Experience
- Experience in distribution, inventory planning, supply chain, logistics, or data analysis
- Automotive industry or dealership-network experience is preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with ERP, inventory-management, or business-intelligence systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Relevant qualification in business, supply chain, logistics, analytics, or a related field
